I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The dining experience was good with homemade pastries. The location was convenient for exploring the town and accessing transportation. However, the facilities could use some modernization.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel! The location is unbeatable, right at the harbor and within easy reach of the free bus stop that takes you around town, to the citadel, and even to the port after check out. The rooms are modern, clean, and spacious with balconies offering fantastic views. The service was exceptional, with laundry and tours/ticket assistance available. The Thai food included in the dining experience was a delicious surprise. The facilities, especially the pool, were top-notch. The only downside was the slightly higher price tag, but for what you get, it's still great value for money.
